Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Regivion, operated by [[ LEGAL ENTITY NAME - PENDING OWNER INPUT ]], [[ REGISTERED ADDRESS - PENDING OWNER INPUT ]] (company number [[ COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER - PENDING OWNER INPUT ]]). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What Regivion is

Regivion is a financial-information and research platform. It provides data, scores, rankings, alerts and research tools.

Regivion does not provide personalised investment advice, does not make recommendations, does not execute trades and does not hold your money or assets. See the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least [[ MINIMUM AGE - PENDING OWNER INPUT ]] and able to enter a binding contract. The service is offered in [[ LAUNCH TERRITORIES - PENDING OWNER INPUT ]]. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

3. Your account

Provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
One account per person unless we agree otherwise.
Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscription, renewal and cancellation

Regivion Pro is billed monthly in advance at the price shown on the pricing page.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time from the Account page, which opens Stripe's billing portal.
On cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Access then stops. We do not pro-rate part-months.
There is no free trial. If a trial is ever offered its terms will be stated at the point of sign-up.
Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects your renewal.

Taxes. [[ RETENTION PERIODS - PENDING OWNER INPUT ]] — owner review item: VAT/tax presentation must be confirmed and stated here before launch. Do not assume the displayed price is inclusive or exclusive until this is resolved.

Refunds. Owner review item: refund and statutory withdrawal wording must be supplied and reviewed by counsel before launch, including any right of withdrawal that applies in [[ LAUNCH TERRITORIES - PENDING OWNER INPUT ]].

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

scrape, bulk-export or redistribute data from the service;
resell or share access, or use one account for several people;
attempt to breach security, access another user's data, or probe the system without permission;
use the service unlawfully or to break a third-party data licence.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Regivion available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and maintenance, provider outages or data-supply failures may interrupt access. We may modify or discontinue features.

7. Third-party data

Market and fundamental data comes from third parties. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and remains the property of its providers. We do not warrant its accuracy. See the Disclaimer.

8. Intellectual property

Regivion, its software, scores and models remain our property. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active. Content you enter remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you.

9. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from reliance on any figure, score or Copilot response. Owner review item: any liability cap must be set and reviewed by counsel.

10. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or where required by law. On termination your right to use the service ends; clauses that by their nature survive will continue to apply.

11. Your data

See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and your rights over it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the version and effective date above, and we may ask you to acknowledge the new version when you next sign in. Continuing to use Regivion after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by [[ GOVERNING LAW - PENDING OWNER INPUT ]], and the courts of [[ JURISDICTION - PENDING OWNER INPUT ]] have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
