Regivion is a financial-information and research platform. It does not provide personalised investment advice, and nothing in the service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Regivion does not know your circumstances, objectives, tax position or risk tolerance, and its output is not tailored to them.

Regivion does not execute trades, hold client money, or take custody of any asset. All decisions and all resulting transactions are yours alone.

Scores, models and backtests

Regivion's scores and rankings are the output of models built on assumptions that may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular company or market. They are research aids, not predictions and not trading signals.

Backtested and historical results are simulations. They are computed with the benefit of hindsight, may not account for costs, taxes, liquidity, slippage or survivorship, and do not represent results any investor actually achieved. They do not guarantee future performance.

Market data

Market and fundamental data is supplied by third parties.
It may be delayed, and should not be assumed to be real time.
It may be incomplete, restated, revised or wrong.
Coverage varies by market, instrument and company.
Regivion does not independently verify third-party data and is not responsible for its accuracy.

Regivion Copilot and other AI features

Copilot is a language-model assistant. Language models can be confidently wrong. Specifically:

Copilot output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or misleading.
It may misread the data shown on a page, or state figures that do not exist.
It is not a substitute for professional financial, legal or tax advice.
You should independently verify anything you intend to act on.

Copilot does not change what your account is permitted to see. Access to data is decided by the same server-side permission and account-isolation rules that govern the rest of the service; Copilot cannot override them, and cannot reach another user's data.

Your responsibility
